Delivery Policy
Delivery is estimated within 5 to 7 working days.
For orders paid by bank transfer, processing will begin only after the full amount has been credited to the Corticalis account.
Delivery is arranged by Corticalis and based on weight, volume and destination.
The Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation once the order has been dispatched.

Return policy
We always do our best to ensure our customers are satisfied. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please complete the return request form within 10 working days from delivery date. Returns are subject to approval by Corticalis and a 20% return fee will be charged.
Products must be returned intact, in their original undamaged packaging (including blisters, pouches, boxes, and labels). The goods must be properly packaged in rigid packaging when returned to Corticalis at Buyer’s expense.

Complaints and Defects
The buyer should check the shipment and the goods for any damage upon receipt and ensure the shipment is complete. If there are any discrepancies in quantity or damage, the buyer must inform Corticalis by filling this complaint form as soon as possible and no later than 10 working days after delivery.
Once a discrepancy in quantity or a defect attributable to Corticalis has been verified, Corticalis will arrange the return of the defective goods at its own expense and will either replace them, deliver the missing items, or issue a full refund.
* These delivery and return conditions apply only to purchases made through the Corticalis e-shop by legal entities or VAT-registered professionals located in Norway, Sweden, or Denmark.
